My wife and I had attended prior classes provided by Chris "The Comp-U-Tutor" so when my computer crashed, he was the logical person to call. He promptly came to our home, diagnosed the problem, listened to my needs, and made suggestions. We gave Chris "Carte Blanche" to go and pick out a computer system at Fry's Electronics. Within 3 hours after he first arrived at our door, he was back with the system and configuring it to my needs. As he was doing this, he explained everything to me AT MY LEVEL, so when he was finished, I felt thoroughly confident about my system and "Windows 7", versus "XP" on my old system.
